Brooke Sargent

Project Coordinator

Brooke is a Cape Cod native, born and raised in West Yarmouth. After completing high school, she moved to San Diego, California, where she built a successful career in engineering. She worked with both a general contractor and a private civil engineering design firm, gaining over a decade of experience in engineering and project coordination. During her time in San Diego, Brooke was actively involved in professional and community organizations, serving on boards such as the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) and the San Diego Fly Fishers. She also founded and led the Skanska Women’s Network for the West Coast.

Brooke has since returned to Cape Cod to be closer to her family and now brings her extensive expertise to E2 Solar. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her 10-year-old shepherd mix, Hurley, as well as fly fishing and camping.
