A Note Regarding COVID-19 to Our Current and Potential Clients,
We at E2 Solar are committed to bringing you the products and service you deserve. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have taken measures to keep our workforce and clients as safe as possible, which will entail:
- For the foreseeable future, our office staff will be working at home to keep them safe. This will affect none of the day-to-day operations. Rest assured, if you reach out to us, someone will be there to take your call and answer your questions. We are always available by phone or email. The office at 831 Main St., Dennis, however, will be closed to foot traffic.
- To potential new clients: Be aware that most of the process of installing solar can be done remotely. This can be done even as the world “sits tight.” In order to minimize risk, our on site assessments can at this time simply include outside work on the roof and around the house. We can perform the inside portion at a later date. There are also properties where we can generate a preliminary proposal using satellite imagery without going to the site at all. For those comfortable with having the inside site assessment done, our site analyst will be equipped with gloves and a mask for the short period of time in your home to look at the electrical system and roof rafters. There is no reason to put off installing solar, by the time the dust settles, and the sun starts to shine, you’ll be glad you’re well on your way.
- To our current clients: We will do our very best to make you comfortable in any necessary person-to-person contact, which will include: No handshaking, wearing a mask and gloves, to keeping a safe distance (CDC recommends a minimum of 6’ apart).
- If you’re already in the process of purchasing solar, and the installers need to come into your home, we will keep the personal contact to one person. He will be properly attired to keep all risks to a minimum. We suggest if you have any questions for the installer working in your home, to email them directly to us at: Desiree@e2solarcapecod.com. We will get your answers ASAP.
- As a direct result of COVID-19, many town facilities are closed for the next 2–3 weeks, maybe longer. Unfortunately, this puts a strain on the permitting process needed to go forward with installing solar. To our clients this directly affects, we will be in touch with you personally, in the near future to explain what to expect from here.
Thank you for your patience, and know that we are still in the background working hard to make your investment a wise choice for years to come.
